    If your reservation is more than 72 hours away, please contact us closer to the check-in time. If you’d like to change or cancel a reservation, you can do that from your trips page or hosting dashboard.

    Can I change or cancel a guest’s reservation during the trip?

    We don’t allow hosts to cancel a reservation mid-trip without contacting us. If something comes up and you need to cancel the remainder of a reservation, make sure you message your guest to let them know what’s going on, then contact us for help.

    To send your guest a request to change the reservation:

    1. Go to your Reservations
    2. Click the three dots menu for the reservation you want to change
    3. Click Change or cancel
    4. You'll be taken to a new page
    5. Select Change Reservation and make the change (you can change the dates, number of guests, and price from this page)
    6. Click Continue
    7. Confirm the change is correct, then click Send request

    Once the guest agrees to the change, any cost difference will be automatically applied to their reservation.
