To change or cancel a reservation, go to your trips page or hosting dashboard.

    How do I change or cancel my experience reservation?

    Note: If you need to cancel your reservation because of the coronavirus (COVID-19), please review our article on options for cancellation.

    To change or cancel a reservation, go to Trips in the Airbnb app or from your reservation confirmation email. You can also log in to your account on a desktop computer or browser. Once you choose your trip:

    • In the Airbnb app, tap Manage reservation
    • From your confirmation email, select Change or cancel reservation
    • In your Airbnb account, select Modify reservation

    From there, you’ll find options to reschedule or cancel, as well as options to add or remove guests.
