    What should I do if a guest asks me to cancel or change their reservation?

    Please don’t cancel or change reservations on behalf of guests, because penalties may apply.

    Instead, ask guests to follow these instructions for cancelling or changing their reservation. They’ll just need to find their confirmation email, which has a link to modify the reservation.
