    How do I add business info to my itinerary?

    You can add, or remove, business addresses or additional business info to your itinerary anytime (before, during, or after your trip).

    If you’re a verified business traveler:

    1. Go to Trips and click the trip you want to edit
    2. Click Your home reservation (or the small photo of the listing)
    3. Click the box next to This is a business trip and Business trip notes will appear
    4. In the Business trip notes section, click Add details for expensing your trip
    5. Enter your billing address and any other business trip details
    6. Click Save

    If you’re not a verified business traveler:

    1. Go to Trips and click the trip you want to edit
    2. Click Your home reservation (or the small photo of the listing)
    3. Under Business trip notes, click Add details for expensing your trip 
    4. Enter your billing address and any other business trip details
    5. Click Save

    Information added to business trip notes is for documentation only. If you add VAT details to your note, it will not affect VAT charged on your reservation. VAT invoices cannot be changed. Learn more about how VAT may apply to you.
