Collingswood is a beautifully spacious newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 bathroom contemporary single level house with a large garden & amazing coastal headland views, situated close to the South West Coast Path between Falmouth & the Helford River, near Maenporth Beach. In a peaceful location but only approx 10-15 mins walk to two beaches, or 2 mins drive to Maenporth beach which has a beachside car park. Good pub, cafes & good restaurants also within walking distance. Perfect for a family holiday!

The Gwinges is on the outskirts of the village of St Keverne. The Cottage sleeps up to 7 adults in its 3 bedrooms (3 double beds , 1 single )) . A cosy lounge , kitchen and utility room . The master bedroom has an ensuite with a family bathroom downstairs. large sunny enclosed garden with parking for up to 3 cars. I have a delightful traditional Cornish fisherman's cottage a stone's throw from Porthleven's beautiful harbour, award-winning restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, beach and stunning coastal walks as well as playing host to the countries best surf spot. The cottage is cosy & comfortable with a wood burning stove and fully equipped for self catering and a great stay. It has two bedrooms - a kingsize bed in one and bunk beds in the other. The deck at the front is a real sun trap for relaxing on.
