Electricity. NO running water inside the house, but drilling water for the outside wall. Incinerating toilet and shower in the bathroom, and outdoor toilet in the stall (extension to the cabin). Dogs are allowed, but not inside furniture. The tenant must bring their own bed linen and towels, as well as clean upon departure. The tenant locks in with the key box code.
