This modern and newly-refurbished holiday apartment on two levels is located on a dairy farm. The rural area around, adjoining the beautiful spa town (Kurstadt) Bad Bentheim with its wonderful castle, invites you discover its many treasures on bike and hiking tours on many different routes. Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

Our apartment is in the center of Deurningen. It is part of a building with several apartments. This building used to be a Bakery with shop and house after which it is now named. The apartment is new and fully furnished in a sustainable way and equipped with every comfort. The apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The living space is 65 m2. On the third floor, there is a loggia where you can sit outside and enjoy the evening sun. Breakfast is available upon request.

For lovers of a historic living atmosphere: A spacious but above all cozy apartment near the Dutch-German border. You rent the entire apartment and therefore do not have to share spaces with others. The property dates back to 1895 and was built as an office building of a textile factory in Dutch hands: "Spinnerei Deutschland". Ample free parking in front of the building. DATE OCCUPIED? We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.
