Stylish, light-filled home tucked away on a peaceful road, with private garden access to stunning Farnham Park (access via garden gate). Enjoy a 4k circular park walk or stroll into town (7 mins) for great pubs, restaurants & shops. The garden includes a hot tub (optional add-on: £140/wk, min charge applies). Both beds are memory foam (1 king, 1 double). Please note: this is our own home which we vacate for your stay, so we kindly ask you to treat it with care and follow the house rules.

Bright and private double room on ground floor, with Netflix. Safe driveway parking. The room has a separate entrance and a private ensuite bathroom, fridge, electric cooking hob and microwave. University, RBH and Reading town within a walking distance, TVP a short drive. There is no outside space, but a nice neighbourhood with shops, botanical gardens, and museums is within a short walk. If you need both beds, please note there'll be very little floor space left. Our quiet hours are 11pm-6am.

Within the grounds of one of Goring's iconic old houses, this newly built annex is a stones throw from the river and just a 10min walk from the train station. There is ample parking onsite, with free car charging. We can provide extras to enhance your stay inc, laundry facilities, private gym, ice-bath and sauna; as well as Personal Training, SUP hire/lessons and yoga.

PRIVATE GYM - INFARED SAUNA - ICE BATH - JACUZZI 🫧 Super king size bed The bedroom has underfloor heating and a plug in radiator, table and chairs outside, Netflix and WiFi!, 1 minute drive to town centre and 4 minute drive to the train station, lots of shops and food spots to eat. parking for 1 car. the sink in the bathroom only runs on cold water. the gym has all up to date equipment and there is a new infrared sauna, a new ice bath which gets very cold, and a lovely jacuzzi 😁

Whether trying to spot Derek the muntjac or working out in the mini- gym, you'll be cosy with the woodburner. There are 2 pubs and 3 restaurants in walking distance. Close to Thorpe Park, Chessington, Legoland and great shopping in Windsor, Guildford and Woking. London is 23 minutes by train.
