Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Henrico County

very comfortable home, thoughtful touches throughout, well-stocked kitchen, perfect layout for us to have space even though there were several of us! Loved the screened-in porch, hot tub and backyard. Dorothy and Monica were helpful and responded quickly when we had questions. Would love to stay again!

This place was beautiful. The pinocle of relaxation; from the hot tub to the claw foot bath, this bathroom is it. We woke up in the morning to a gorgeous view. The coffee they have on stock hit the spot. My husband will now be installing a bidet at our house! We would love to come back in warmer weather!

Wonderful place, cozy and well furnished. Jeff's instructions were concise and helpful, and the amenities like the hot tub, pool table, and TV were wonderful ways to pass the time.

A beautiful home in an amazing setting. The house is wonderfully appointed inside and out. The beds are comfy and the entire place was squeaky clean. The kitchen had everything I needed. Outside, there are three amazing places to relax in nature. First, the house has an amazing deck with a hot tub, a table and chairs, couch and a grill. At the rear of the yard, the second seating area is under a canopy of large trees. Here, you can sit around a fire pit. I was joined by a fox and a group of deer one morning. If this wasn’t enough, the property continues down a path to a private dock right on the water. This is a peaceful place to unwind at any time of the day. I cannot say enough about this amazing property. The property is only matched by the amazing hosts. They were super responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful home with fantastic amenities. As the house is located just a short drive from downtown Richmond right off of the James River, it truly is a perfect hybrid for those who want to pursue both city excursions and outdoor adventures. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Andrea's cottage worked great for us and our two boys. The house itself was cute, clean, and very comfortable (the functional and well-equipped kitchen was helpful with young kids). The backyard was a big bonus -- good size with comfy chairs, pretty lights, small fire pit, and cornhole. The neighborhood is also a great spot -- quiet but literally around the corner from Maymont, a short walk to trails along the James River, and just a few minutes to Careytown, the Fan, and lots of other fun spots in RVA. Andrea was a perfect host - very responsive and accommodating to a couple special requests. We'd definitely stay here again the next time we're in Richmond.
