We have spent over 10 days in Andrijana’s house and absolutely enjoyed it! It has fantastic views, amazing pool and private access to beach/ bay with a shower to rinse off salty water. Outdoor area has barbecue spot with big table and chair for sun bathing. House itself has everything that you would need for comfortable stay, every room has air conditioner so even in hot nights we were getting perfect sleep. Surroundings are great with several restaurants with local food, bars and shops. Great location! Andrijana was very communicative, friendly and helpful. Self check-in was flawless. Overall amazing experience and we really enjoyed our stay in Andrijana house. Absolutely would come back for more!

Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

Branka was incredibly engaging and supportive throughout the booking and stay. Having walked much of Bijela, we couldn’t find another with the view and the pool that we had access to. Seems like one of a kind for the area. We had one small issue with a water leak - and within 30 minutes it had been rectified. This should give all readers and potential holiday makers a huge sense of confidence in Branka and the property. We could not recommend Branka and the property highly enough and are hoping to return. The welcome pack of fruit, a bottle of wine and some soft drinks was appreciated. Really enjoyed the BBQ facilities as well.

We had a fantastic stay in Podi The Villa is as described in the main with lots of facilities and equipment. Pool area lovely and clean Aleks was super helpful and provided lots of tips on where to go and visit, restaurants etc. Couple of minor points worth mentioning - only the top two bedrooms have air conditioning- the lounge dies too. The upper bedrooms have fans Also the local beach is not a few minutes walk away, rather down very windy roads and steep inclines. About a 7 minute drive yes. Otherwise the hosts were fantastic as me we very much enjoyed our stay at Podi

Lidija and Milo were wonderful hosts that were always happy to help us with anything we needed. We were amazed by their hospitality. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures and even more beautiful considering the view from the terrace. Milo even offered to prepare our fish on his barbecue so we had a lovely evening with the hosts on our last day. The house is located in a very calm and quiet neighbourhood but in walking distance to everything that needs to be seen jn Herceg Novi. Prepare to walk up steep hills if you are without a car like us.

We had a fantastic time together as a family staying at Dorde’s apartments. The views are amazing and the setup around the pool is absolutely perfect. The only thing to note is the kitchen setup is a little basic, if you were travelling with a large group. Dorde was super communicative and helpful and we would definitely visit again! Calm, beautiful surroundings and relaxing - perfect getaway for those looking to spend some time in Boka Bay. We spent a week here in the summer without a car, using the ferry, bus and the occasional taxi. There was a grocery store, bakery and simple coffee shop all within walking distance and also two swimming beaches, plus the beaches that are easily reachable from the Lepetani side. Dorothea and her family were very welcoming, helpful and were great hosts. I would recommend this stay to anyone who’s looking for a chance to enjoy the wonderful scenery in Montenegro without having to rent a car.

The villa is extremely cozy. It has everything you need. The terrace is much appreciated with this beautiful view. Branka received us and responded well to our requests. Covered parking is one plus! Thanks to our hosts Patrick and Alex!

The fantastic nature of mountain Orjen and its Nature Park is the greatest treasure. Tonka's house is perfectly situated, with several routes available and easy to start from Vrbanj. We had a memorable stay and Tonka provided valuable information and recommendations for the surrounding area. One day, we reached the top of Orjen mountain, standing at 1894m above sea level, the highest peak in the Sub-Adriatic Dinarides. The view was OMG! I can't express enough how beautiful our day was - encountering cows, sheep, goats as we walked, and even a few rabbits running in the wood. It was truly superb! Upon our return to Vrbanj, dinner awaited us with homemade food, just accross the house in a family restaurant, 1000m above sea level. I would highly recomend this place to all nature lovers, mountain enthusiasts, food connoisseurs, animal lovers (there are few sweet cats by the house) and all other lovers :)! I'll be coming very soon... thank you Tonka!

We were very comfortable in the apartment. The living room and the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is complete and has everything you need, even a table to eat. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine that is very helpful. Everything is very clean and pleasant. In the outdoor area there is a small porch with table and chairs. The area is quiet and has very good views, approximately 2kms from the beach. We have been visiting the entire Kotor Bay from there but we have never walked to the beach but we saw that there were people walking to the beach. Both Jasna and her father have been very kind and have put everything on their side to make us feel at ease. People in the area were nice. I would recommend the apartment, perfect value for money.

We had a great time in this accommodation. The house is really old, with old design and furniture. But there are all the things and electronics for a comfortable life, everything works well, the beds are comfortable. There is a delightful well-kept garden with a breathtaking view. And a nice veranda with a large window for rainy days. The only downside for our children was the smell of old furniture. But it was not strong. For me and my husband, it was a great opportunity to immerse ourselves in the memories of our grandparents' country house and our light-hearted childhood holidays there. To be honest, our grandparents lived more than 2000 km from here, but the lifestyle is really similar. Thanks to the owners!

Our family had an incredible stay at this beautiful villa in Boka Bay! The stunning views from the top terrace and surrounding mountains took our breath away. The villa itself is spacious a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, with spacious rooms, modern amenities, a great barbecue aside the swimming pool (not big to swim but great to refresh) and was perfect for our needs and for relaxing together. We loved exploring the nearby beaches and enjoying some delicious restaurants indicated by our host. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided fantastic recommendations for our stay. If you're looking for a perfect getaway in Montenegro, this villa is an absolute must! We can't wait to return!

Views that consume you / fresh air / sumptuous countryside…..what more could anyone want.

We had a wonderful vacation. The place is very charming, the view from the balcony is breathtaking. The cottage is located off the beaten path, which allows you to relax in peace and quiet. Hosts are kind and helpful. The kitchen is very well equipped. Two bathrooms provide great comfort. The beach in Morinj is the cleanest and best, we visited many towns in the area. We are very impressed by Montenegro, we will recommend and miss Thanks for everything :)))

It was an amazing time spent at Boris's house. The house is 150 years old, consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a cozy kitchen, on the second floor there is a living room. Everything was clean and cozy. The furniture is not new, but it created a flavor. There is a small garden with flowers that we watered and sprayed with water from the hose. In the heat, it was very useful). The place is very quiet, but there is everything you need nearby, good shops, ATM and road access to the beaches. The hosts were very caring and quick to respond to requests. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful, relaxing week in Jana’s house. The spacious stone house is beautiful and is equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The secluded beach is only a couple of minutes’ walk and we have spent many hours swimming, sunbathing and relaxing by the sea. Jana and Risto are wonderful and kind hosts and very quick to respond to any question we had. Thank you very much for having us, we hope we will come again soon!

Excellent house with spectacular views. On private deck on the sea and with in walking distance (5 min) to local restaurants and beach. The beach (also 5 min walk) is perfect for kids. Our 2 year old daughter loved it. The beach has a cool beach bar for drinks. The local shop has the basics you need but for bigger shops you need a car. House is nice and the views from the deck and the BBQ place are priceless. The village is small and nice without the tourist crowds. Highly recommended!
