had a very peaceful getaway. love that there are no neighbors behind the house on the other side of the water. hot tub was great to have, especially after kayaking. this was my first time ever kayaking and had no issues but definitely check the tides cause low can be really low. publix is just a short drive (5-8 min) and there is also a target and dunkin's in the same plaza - what else do you need LOL great communication from host. house was clean and has everything you need. if you don't mind a 45 minute drive, there is a great brewery we found in Trinity, FL - Escape brewing company was fantastic!

We absolutely loved our stay! Cottage was super clean and had everything it said it would. Location was perfect right along a quiet part of the canal with easy access to everything. We brought our boat and we able to dock it at the property with no problem. Thanks so much for a positive and pleasurable experience!

It was so nice to be so close to my family members who also live within blocks of your place. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing and my granddaughter enjoyed the tree house. I should have read Richard's instructions better as I didn't realize that there were garbage cans on the side of the house. I also had a few problems with figuring out the TV and the Nest. I'm hoping I did that correctly as we were in a rush to get to the airport. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Our family loved Zachary’s place. It had plenty of things for our children (and us) to do - we especially enjoyed the pool, kayaking and fishing. It was peaceful and comfortable. And Zachary was easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. We would definitely recommend his place and would love to return in the future!

The property itself was beautiful and had great potential; however, it would benefit from more consistent maintenance and upkeep. Upon arrival, the beds were not properly made, with ruffled covers and noticeable stains on all the bedding. There was no tissue available in the downstairs area, and the bathroom had visible hair and residue from previous guests, both on the floor and in the shower. Additionally, the hot tub was unfortunately filled with dirty water, which made it unusable. On a positive note, I thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and pool area. The sunset views were absolutely stunning, and it was a joy to watch the dolphins when they appeared. The overall scenery was incredibly peaceful, and being right on the water added a serene and relaxing touch to the experience.

Bang for buck is what you get with this stay. it was everything I hoped it would be and then some. Everything was nice and clean and easy to find and Zelijko was very responsive and helpful every stepmother the way. I would gladly recommend this stay and if ever in the area again would happily seek to stay here again.

New place to stay

Red Coach Retreat! Sleeps 12 Pool |Hot Tub

I honestly can’t say enough about our stay at this house! We didn’t expect it to be so inviting and have so many different options for our family to have fun. We appreciated that Adnan allows dogs. We were actually going to the house because our air conditioning went out, however, after getting there, we ended up having a mini vacation because of all of the wonderful amenities. The pool is exquisite and the lanai has everything you could want and more. The bedrooms are nice spacious and super comfortable. There are two living rooms and the garage is an awesome game room equipped with a pool table, basketball game, card table, huge TV and it’s air conditioned! The house was well stocked with anything that you could need and extremely clean! I am definitely going to tell any family or friends that are visiting us down here to book their stay at this house! 100000% recommend!! Also, the host answered in less than 30 minutes each time I reached out. THANK YOU 😊

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a wonderful experience overall. The location was convenient, and the amenities provided made for a comfortable stay. However, I did notice that the cleanliness could have been improved slightly. With a little more attention to cleaning, this place would be perfect. Despite this minor issue, I still enjoyed my stay and appreciated the host's hospitality.

Briana was great and very responsive to us. The place was beautiful and tons of amenities and things to do. Kayaking was absolutely breathtaking. Only draw back was noise ordinance at 9pm for a weekend. Some of the neighbors complained about kids being a little loud. Understandable they live there year around and seems in general get annoyed by tourists in the area. Even the cops patrolling the river said there’s lots of “Karens” in the area. Would definitely re rent the house and plan on coming back in the summer!

Perfect place to stay with a family or two couples with the master on one side and the other two bedrooms on the other side of the home -which gives everyone their space when needed. The home was spotless! I can’t comment on cooking or amenities as we were there to help our Fla residential parents with some things, so most of our time was spent with them. Thanks for the info on the Mermaid Trail. Our parents have lived in that area for over 30 years and I never knew it existed! Thanks for hosting us!
