Backing onto the National Trust Ashridge Forest, this is perfect for outdoor lovers but equally suitable for a romantic night in. 1.5 miles down the road, the popular market town of Berkhamsted is offering atmospheric pubs and bars for a special treat out. The cabin offers comfortable, spacious living with King size bed.

The White Cottage Romantic Riverside Retreat

Grade 2 listed Tudor cottage with amazing inglenook fireplace. Large riverside garden (previously featured in the NGS) plus use of a hot tub, for an additional charge, in grounds. Ideal for longer stays with excellent commuter links for London, Harpenden, St Albans and Stevenage. Relax and enjoy footpath walks, including the Ayot Green Way, to gastro pubs. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.

There are numerous country walks just a few steps from the lodge, one of which leads to the River Stort (15min walk) from where you can carry on exploring miles of river walkways.

Stunning summer house, open all year round with beautiful views across the Lea Valley. Very peaceful only 5 mins from Broxbourne Station and Harlow Station with links to London and Stansted Airport, easy access to M11 & M25. 20 mins Drive to Stansted Airport, 5 mins from local shops, The Fish & Eels pub and Riverside Palace Cafe are 5 mins drive at Dobbs Weir along the river, both highly recommended. Come and enjoy some relaxation and beautiful views.
