ROOM 3 VERY COMFORTABLE, QUIET AND COZY

YOU CAN NOW GET YOUR AIRBNB RECEIPT EXTREME HYGIENE AND SANITIZATION. Real privacy as the rooms are rarely (almost never) occupied simultaneously. It is also rented completely. And we don't live there, it's almost always an entire accommodation. It has its private bathroom inside the room. A nice house decorated in a vintage/rustic style. The house is cool in summer and warm in winter. If required, there is a radiant heater and ceiling fan. You can rest fabulously. You can't hear the noise outside.

It is a Loft Industrial type apartment, has a decoration that makes it unique, a romantic and warm space, where you would like to rest not only one night, but more... It is located 1 block from the Hidalgo Theater, excellent location, a few steps from the linear park, Ave Independencia, where you will find several commercial businesses, restaurants, cafes, bars, notaries and 300 meters from the identity square, etc... we also have cable, internet, netflix, security cameras outside the apartment.

Aire Acondicionado en cada cuarto Frio/Calor Excelente para descansar y relajarse sin preocupaciones ya sea viaje de placer o negocios disfrutando de todas las comodidades de un hogar y tan solo unos minutos de nuestra hermosa y emblematica ciudad Nota: hay otra unidad en la propiedad que es totalmente independiente sin embargo se comparten algunas áreas comunes como: Estacionamiento, patio trasero, lavandería, BBQ y la pequeña Piscina. Las áreas son monitoreadas por cámaras de seguridad !

Relax with the whole family in this accommodation where tranquility is breathed. It is a spacious place for the comfort of the group. The house is built with adobe which makes it cool in summer and warm in winter.

It is a clean and comfortable house with 4 bedrooms 3 full bathrooms, shampoo, toilet paper, hot water, in the living room there is a fireplace, a double sofa bed plus 2 single camping mattresses, smart screens, TV. Local channels, kitchen, microwave oven, refrigerator, hot and cold water dispenser, laundry with sink, washer and dryer, terrace, small backyard, garage for two cars
