You will be staying on our farm where you are free to meet the sheep, pigs and even alpacas (they like chopped carrots!) Enjoy relaxing in the stylish kitchen/diner or sit out on the patio and hope to spot the deer in the neighbouring field.. There are plenty of places to visit nearby - Rye, Camber Sands, National Trust properties, steam trains, zoos.

The Cow Shed is a pretty timber clad building with character beams which adjoins our house, Brambles Barn. It's self contained, with private entrance and secure parking. There is a bedroom with king size bed, lounge, kitchen and shower room. There is a pretty garden and pond & the property is approx 2.5 miles from Tenterden and 2.5 miles from Biddenden. Walking distance (under 10 mins) from McCanns Brewery & Taproom, with decking area and beautiful views of the surrounding by Hop Gardens.

We are on the outskirts of Bethersden village which has 2 pubs, village shop/post office and an Artisan Butcher. There is plenty to do in the area villages, vineyards and only 20 miles from the fantastic beach at Camber Sands. Rye and Tenterden are close by and definitely worth a visit. From time to time, other animals will be housed on the property. Country walks opposite the main entrance & within 1.5 miles you can find yourselves in our charming local pubs. Private parking & outdoor area set behind a fence within the main residence on 2 acres of land Currently no chickens due to fox attacks!

The Stables

Our one bedroom studio is the perfect retreat for two to relax and unwind.  Just a short walk from the tree lined high street of Tenterden, with it's eclectic mix of independent shops,  historic buildings and small cafes, it is also home to Kent & East Sussex's heritage steam railway. But if relaxing with your favourite glass is more your thing, then it's worth noting, that it is also in the centre of England's wine country, with our local vineyards - from Chapel Down to Gusbourne.
