Our charming one bedroom guest cottage on Davis Islands sleeps 2 (queen-sized bed). Bathroom with large shower. Clean and cozy room has cable tv, wi-fi, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker. Gorgeous neighborhood, walking distance to downtown DI restaurants, coffee shops, rentable bikes, Amalie Arena, the Riverwalk, Hyde Park, downtown Tampa, the Convention Center, Channelside & TGH. 2 miles from cruise port. 15 min. drive to Bush Gardens. Enjoy the sunset at the end of the island.

We offer BAG DROP! Amazing value studio 3.5 miles from USF and 7 miles from Busch Gardens. Private entrance. The only studio with TWO KING beds in the area. The sofa is memory foam and opens up to California King. Outdoor space and off street parking for two vehicles. Unlike other studios, this unit also has its own on demand hot water source and it's own HVAC allow you to control your own room temp. Pets welcome with approval. Don't miss this amazing value stay.

Charming apartment in Historic Kenwood

Cute, spacious apartment located in Historic Kenwood, which was named 2020 “Neighborhood of the year” by NUSA. Our apartment is above our large garage. Lots of charm and just enough space to spread out a little for some privacy. Located close to downtown, walking distance to lots of restaurants, breweries and bars but still a short drive to our beautiful beaches. You access the apartment through our side gate and up an exterior stairway.
