This is a 400 sq ft private studio that is attached to the main property and sits on a 0.51 acre lot. The inside is completely enclosed with its own private entrance located behind the main house. It has its own unpaved driveway located next to the studio and the backyard has a chain link fence. This cozy private studio is located in Lutz and is a little taste of the country. The Strawberry Field Stilt House

555 square foot house overlooking 30 acres of strawberry fields and trees. Extra guest fee is $20 per person per night after 2. Pets only on preapproval and payment of a $50 pet cleaning fee. Yes you will have the house to yourself. I stay in another house on the same property so I’ll generally be around if you have any questions or issues.
