Beemte Broekland ligt in een landelijke omgeving tussen Apeldoorn en Deventer. Je houdt van een vintage uitstraling en stille omgeving, zeker 's avonds. De Veluwe en de IJssel zijn goed te bezoeken, maar steden als Zutphen en Zwolle zijn ook goed bereikbaar. Vanuit de Finse barrelsauna op het aangrenzende terras kijkt u uit over de pittoreske stadsweiden. Een heerlijk ontbijt naar wens is optioneel.

Door de ligging veel privacy. Tevens kun je zelf in de steenoven je eigen pizza bakken!! "Gastenverblijf De Hucht" zelf is 87m2 groot en voorzien van alle nodige luxe. Er is een woon-eetgedeelte met tv en complete keuken. Verder 3 sfeervolle slaapkamers en een aparte badkamer met toilet.

Het souterrain onder ons huis verhuren wij als perfecte plek voor een romantisch weekend weg, of een weekje offsite werken. Onze villa staat 5 min./ 400 m. lopen van het Ridderoordse Bos. Het is 30 min. fietsen/ 10 min. trein naar Utrecht. Een volledig uitgerust appartement met eigen entree van 60m2 met woonkeuken, werkplek, slaapkamer met 2 p. boxspring (180*220), badkamer met douche, toilet, wasbak en ruime sauna! De patiotuin is nog in aanbouw en is klaar medio maart '25.

The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.
