Beachfront holiday rentals in Himandhoo

The stay was incredibly comfortable, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. This might very well be the best accommodation on the island. There’s a large restaurant right across from the property, where you can have your freshly caught fish grilled or fried to perfection. This accommodation is part of the Jerry Diving Center, making it the ideal place if you’re interested in diving, fishing, or any other water activities.

This is such a beautiful place to stay in Rasdhoo. The hotel has an own small beach with beach facilities. The staff was very friendly and we always felt like home. Next time in Rasdhoo we definitely know where we are going to stay, that is for sure. We highly recommend this place without any doubts.

A unique and lovely place right on the beach. Amir made sure everything was simple and easy for me from the moment I arrived to when I departed. He made my whole trip feel special.

We stayed at Daisy Cottage for a week. Shaameen answered all our questions in advance of the trip and also booked the speedboat ferry for us. We were picked up from the harbor and Atik took our luggage to the property. With Shaameen we made 2 trips. Unfortunately, we did not see any whale sharks, but a large dolphin school with about 40-50 animals. We were also able to snorkel several times afterwards. The second excursion was also recommended, we drove to an abandoned island right nearby. There was also a nice reef here. The nearby biking beach also invited you to swim and snorkel. Absolutely recommended is the breakfast and especially the dinner prepared by the cook from Bangladesh. Our onward journey to the next island also worked out well despite the storm and unusual ferry. Basically, however, it is clear who expects 5-star luxury must go to a resort island.

Abdulla was an exceptional host. He welcomed us very well. The room was perfect for our family of 5. Breakfast was good, the room is cleaned every day and towels changed too. We booked excursions with Abdulla with very reasonable prices compared to the competition! One beach 2 steps away and the other 5 min away you can see sharks in both and we had the chance to meet two majestic manta rays at the 2nd beach. And we leave with lots of lovely memories! Thank you Abdulla and the lovely person.

We truly enjoyed staying at Mazin's hotel, Noovuli Suites. His family, his crew for looked after us so well. Our room was right by the front desk/lounge area. The water pressure is great. I love the outdoor shower design! The sink was a little too high for us so Aziz or Sunday got us a bench to stand on. So nice of them to do that. You can walk around the island. We frequented The Wave for the salad and fried banana fritters. Be patient as everyone is chill. We thoroughly enjoyed night snorkeling. There are certain fish that only come out at night and the temperature was just right. For whale shark tour, be prepared to scramble with 25 other boats. It might not be safe for children. We loved the picnic at the sandbanks and got to see eagle rays and even spotted a black tip reef shark. We got to even watch Mazin spearfish! He looks so cool diving the depths to catch us dinner. We loved being on the island. It's local island so don't expect it to be a resort style type of atmosphere.

Beautiful island, we had a good time and would love to come back. The value is good, friendly staff and quick to respond. 7 double/triple rooms with private bathroom, it is the closest to the bikini beach, at the beginning of the island forest, quiet location but close to everything. Recently built in a modern style, a clean pool of discreet size, three-story building: on the ground floor, living room with TV sofas and dining table, 2 bedrooms of which a large one with direct access to the pool + kitchen, a cook prepares breakfast for you and on request can also give you lunch and dinner , on the second floor 4 rooms with different sized terraces, on the third floor 1 quiet room suitable for two people (for 3 people is small) + another room for eating+ large terrace with sofas and seating, on the third floor (roof) large solarium with beautiful views of the beach, beautiful at sunset. I recommend: bring repeaters for mosquitoes like tropical autan type.

The place was bigger and better than we thought. There are four large bedrooms with five bathrooms! The pool/ cleaner/ maint guy named Sohad was great. Arranging trips and buggy rides was very easy from the main office, which was just around the corner. They also picked us up from the dock, and dropped us off for the speedboat and other trips that we had requiring a boat.

My husband and I came for our honeymoon and had the best vacation we have ever had. The island was beautiful and staying in the bungalow was an awesome experience. The staff at the resort were world class and we felt like royalty staying there. The buffet had a wide range of food too and changed everyday which was great. We did a lot of activities too ranging from relaxing (yoga, massage) to more adventurous (boat cruises, snorkeling and kayaking) - and it was all amazing. The bars and pools are stunning and the one near the bungalows had the bluest water we have ever seen. Cannot recommend this place enough, we didn’t want to leave!

Wow is the best way to describe this place. We were a bit skeptical booking through Airbnb at first but it was the best decision. Sajjad was extremely responsive and accommodating. He presented us with different packages and we chose the best one for our needs. This resort is absolutely breathtaking and a complete 5 star experience!! From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave you are treated the best. The customer service and staff friendliness is unlike anything we have experienced before. Anything you need they help with. The water, nature, set up of the island and villas are picture perfect. Everything is so clean. So many fun activities to do (at a cost). The food is AMAZING, we were blown away- everyday the lunch and dinner buffet has new options. We spent a few nights in this villa and a few in the beach villa but this one was our favourite. We are hoping to come back next year. If you are considering booking do not hesitate!!

Beautiful sunrise over water bungalow at the Barcelo Whale Lagoon resort. We were treated no differently to any other resort guest and we had everything we needed. Stunning island, everything is new and in excellent condition. Fabulous staff, not over crowded, quality food and drink and beautiful snorkeling opportunities. Highly recommend
