From the two Japanese-style rooms, you can see the Japanese garden, and you can enjoy the quiet relaxation away from everyday life. There are three quiet bedrooms and a spacious living room, so families traveling with three generations can enjoy a comfortable stay. A natural hot spring flows from the premises. You can enjoy the fresh green trees from the bathroom facing the courtyard. The hot spring is suitable for children, babies, and the elderly with its slightly warm water. However, because it is natural, the temperature and amount of hot water varies depending on the season and weather. If necessary, adjust with hot water or water. 🌸 Location It is about 12 minutes by car from Beppu Station. There are plenty of convenience stores, drug stores, supermarkets, etc. nearby. It is accessible by a 5-minute walk on a flat road from the bus stop. Parking is also available on the premises, so it is convenient to come by car. 🚗 Check-out time is 10 am for reservations after August 13 and 11 am for reservations before that.

We rent out the entire old house + separate building in the Seto Inland Sea. Just off of National Route 188. It is a 10-second walk to the sea. The windows of the separate room overlook the sea. It is a house where a fisherman and his wife used to live. The facility itself is old and not large, but it feels like a hideaway by the sea. Relax in this quiet accommodation. * Contactless check-in * ・ You will be given a key in the key box ・ Check-in on an iPad after entering the room That's it. * For guests with children * If you don't need bedding, towels, or consumables ・ Free for children 12 years old and younger We will make sure you are. However, according to the rules of the health center, it is included in the number of guests, ・ Book for the number of adults (6 or less including children) ・ After booking, please message the host with the number and age of children ・ Enter your child's information at check-in Please. Also, there is an outdoor space (sea side) where children can play, but on the other hand, there are some steps in the room due to the old private house, so please be careful not to get injured when using it. You can use the inn's SUP and inner tubes at your own risk.

It is a renovated, room-only, private house surrounded by trees, located on a stone wall where rivers converge. There are no buildings in sight, and you can enjoy the sound of the river, the sound of birds, and a sense of unity with nature. The water is spring water (water quality has been inspected). Depending on the season, people come and go on the river next to the inn to play in the river and go to Kappa Falls. If the weather is good, you can play in the river, BBQ with the ingredients you bring, You can also enjoy a fire. (Please be careful when handling fire.) When it rains, you can enjoy the ingredients you brought over the charcoal fire in the Irori fireplace in the room, or cook while listening to the sound of the river, as we also provide cooking utensils, a range, and dishes. If you go up the promenade along the river, there is also "Kappa Falls" about 150 meters away. Please prepare food and beverages for dinner, etc. before check-in. It takes 20 minutes by car to the supermarket. The road is unpaved and narrow 400 m before the old house, so it is difficult to find, If you come to "Camu Tsubakiyama", we will guide you.

This Villa does not provide meals or ingredients. There are few places to eat out at night in the neighborhood, so cooking is recommended. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking appliances, utensils, dishes, etc. There are also several hot springs within a 10-minute drive. * BBQ in the garden from late April to early October. We do not recommend it at other times of the year because it is too cold. The stove in the garden is available for free. We will prepare a set of BBQ supplies for ¥2,500. Bringing your own is free. Not available in rainy weather due to lack of roof. You can have a barbecue indoors, but you will be charged ¥2,000 for special cleaning. We will prepare a barbecue plate if you request it.

There is a dining room on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor, separated by a staircase. Meals are home-cooked, with a focus on vegetables grown by the host, without fertilizers or pesticides. Meat or fish are also served, but vegetarian meals are also available upon request. You can also enjoy the free-range chicken eggs on the premises and our special homemade miso.
