Welcome to our beautiful beachside studio, the Ledges. It’s located on over an acre of property in the rustic west of Bermuda. Take strolls on our country road to the local farm. The bus stop is steps away to take public transportation to Dockyard or to Hamilton. Or spend your days on the property at one of 2 private beaches. The Ledges studio is an architectural gem with exposed beamed ceilings, a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The studio has its own private, large upper deck for entertaining or relaxing where the sunsets are just stupendous!!! Airport pick-ups and island tours can be arranged through your host.

Charming Panoramic Cottage

Centrally located cottage at the end of a very steep hill, with gorgeous views of Hamilton Harbour. Head east from the bottom of the hill for a 10 minute walk to a grocery store and a 12 minute walk to cycle/car rental (charge port on site). Also at the bottom of the hill is the # 8 bus route. Access to the pink ferry route in a 15 min walk and on your way pick up a coffee and pastry from local coffee shop “Lattes”. For walkers, the Bermuda Railway Trail can be accessed in a 10 min walk.

Bus stops are at entrance, Admiralty House beach is across the street, and Pontoon’s beach is a short 15 min walk. A 5 min drive will have you at Hamilton Princess Hotel and in the heart of the City of Hamilton in 7 mins. There’s a comfortable queen bed and guest are NOT permitted to smoke or vape! Come, relax & enjoy!

Little Arches Studio close to town

The unit is within my house, is self-contained, and consists of a bedroom and en-suite bathroom. It has its own entrance via french doors onto the patio and garden. It has a fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine. It is air-conditioned, has WIFI and cable TV. Hamilton is only a five minute walk with shops and restaurants, bus station and ferry terminal. The central location makes it a convenient place from which to explore Bermuda.

We have fantastic sunsets and lovely deep water swimming from our floating dock. We are just seconds from the Salt Kettle Commuter Ferry which takes you right into Hamilton City and only minutes from the south shore beaches by taxi or bike.
