After 10 years of welcoming travellers from around the world, I wanted a new challenge and created SANRO, a beautiful little hideaway for your stay. With years of experience welcoming and providing tours for travellers, you don't even need to do advanced research about Koyasan. Feel free to leave everything to me–I am happy to help enrich your stay as your town concierge!

"Genki House", a house near Kumano Hongu-Taisha

It’s a house 8km from the Hongu Taisha. (about 15 minutes' drive) If you have a car it's more convenient, but if not I'll be happy to drive you to and from a bus stop or a tourism spot in Hongu area. My family run an organic farm, bakery, NPO offering long-stay for the youth, and an alternative school for children nearby. You'll have some loaves of bread from our bakery(^^)/ （If you don't eat bread please let me know beforehand)

Private Traditional Japanese house [B&B Matsukaze]

Our house is traditional Japanese style house. 150 years old and in a very quiet location. We are renting house. Not shared with other guests. There are 2 bedrooms(Tatami-room) and 1 living room, gameroom, bathroom, shower toilet, all of the room are only for you. *Children is free of charge if your children don't need a bed and break fast. There are air conditioners in bedroom and livingroom.

※2月のみ4泊以上ご宿泊の場合、宿泊費が半額になります。お問い合わせください！ 奈良県十津川村に位置しながら和歌山県・三重県がすぐ隣にあり、世界遺産の熊野古道や瀞峡、玉置神社、熊野本宮大社といった観光名所をはじめ、湯ノ口温泉、川湯温泉、湯の峰温泉、十津川温泉といった温泉地からも近い場所に位置しています。階段ダンスを使ったロフトや古い芋坪を改修した地下室など、まるで忍者屋敷のような一棟貸しの空間で、室内の壁はどこにでもアート作品を展示できる仕様になっており、期間によってはアーティストの滞在・制作場所としても活用されます。定期的にアーティストによる展覧会やワークショップなどが開催されていますので、宿泊者は自然と歴史、食と共にアート体験が可能です。朝食やお弁当、夕食はオプションとなり、十津川村のきのこを使ったメニューや熊野地域の野菜を使ったベジタリアン向けメニューもご用意しています。
