Pure Japanese style traditional House Entire house

This is one of the few remaining Shoin-zukuri-style, purely Japanese buildings in Hiroshima City, built 75 years ago, shortly after the war.One step from the main street, there is a small Japanese-style garden in a quiet environment where you can relax. Some of the items on display at the Dance House include a vase that partially melted due to the heat from the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima on 6 August 1945, as well as photographs from around 100 years ago. The fittings and glassware date back more than 70 years, and the two gardens, the irigata (raised floor area), and the study, in particular, capture the atmosphere of a traditional Japanese house. At present, these items can only be obtained by placing an order with a select group of craftspeople. Of the five rooms, three are tatami-mat rooms; please sleep on the tatami mats with your futon on top at bedtime. Located in Minami-ku, Hiroshima City, and accessible by a single tram ride within the city From the nearest station/tram stop ①, it takes approximately 20 minutes to reach Hiroshima Station. This is a wooden house built around 1954 (Showa 29). This building has been lovingly used, preserving the atmosphere of that time. As the property has undergone very little renovation, there may be some inconveniences, but we hope you will enjoy creating memories in Hiroshima while imagining life as it was at that time. The entire building will be rented out. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet.The other rooms are the landlord's storage spaces. The first floor is the guest bedroom. Guests can use the kitchen, so they can also prepare meals using items purchased from nearby supermarkets, etc. It is about a ten-minute walk to Heiwa Park, and there are also convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, so it is a very convenient location.
