The Studio is equidistant between town and country, Berkhamsted Golf Club is just over 5 mins walk away, whilst the the High St with an abundance of stylish coffee shops, boutiques & restaurants a 12 min walk. The Grand Union canal is a 10 min stroll down the hill with many canal side pubs to while away a few hours. Berkhamsted Station a 12 min walk, be in London in 30 min

Fridge, washing machine, toaster, blender and kettle. There is also a fan to keep you cool should you need it.

Ideal for longer stays with excellent commuter links for London, Harpenden, St Albans and Stevenage. Relax and enjoy footpath walks, including the Ayot Green Way, to gastro pubs. Escape to the beautiful English countryside with a group of friends or family to this stunning barn conversion on the edge of Bishops Stortford. With it's exposed oak beams, log fireplace and hot tub, this is a special place to relax in comfort and unwind. We aim to provide a luxurious stay in this 3 bedroom barn conversion which can sleep up to 6 people. All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and we use B-Corp bedding, shampoos & conditioners.

"Well House" is a separate guest room & own access

The Mile End Farm "Well House" has its own access, consists of ample space, a double bedroom and more (see photos). This also includes an en-suite shower room and WC . The Bedroom has a good size TV. A light breakfast hamper is provided with coffee, tea , milk & sugar, at no extra cost and a food prep area with microwave and fridge. There is also ample secure off road parking provided at no extra cost. Perfect for contractors or weekend stays.

The Domek: Idyllic Hertfordshire cottage

The Domek is set within an idyllic courtyard of the Gotha Gardens at Pembroke Farm. The cottage accommodation is over two floors with an open plan sitting room, diner and vintage kitchen decorated in French farmhouse style, whitewashed beams and oak floors. The bedrooms are fresh and charming with a circular window in the double and a Juliet french window in the twin. The Domek also has its own reserved terrace overlooking the courtyard.

Our comfortable annex has generous parking, a large double bedroom, and a good sofa bed in the funky living/dining room. We are surrounded by lovely Hertfordshire countryside with access to our huge garden with its park like setting and rural views. Easy access onto A10 at Standon, walking distance to Standon Calling, 4.5 miles to Ware and trains to London. 30 mins to Stansted. 40 mins drive to Cambridge. Good place for cycling and walks

Our charming studio apartment has a wonderful self contained shower and kitchen area. It has its own small patio area and backs on to an amazing country park, perfect for lovely walks. We are only a 10 minute drive to the airport and 15minute walk or even shorter bus ride away from the local shopping centre and railway station (20min journey to Central London). Includes wi-fi and free parking on the street.
