Le port se trouve à approximativement 10 minutes à pied. Le logement est strictement non fumeur à l'intérieur et sur la terrasse. En raison de la hauteur des pilotis et de la piscine,les enfants ne sont acceptés qu'à partir de 12 ans. Bien que cimentée, il faut prendre un 4x4 pour acceder au logement par temps pluvieux.
