Lovely house with lake location

Summer cottage idyll with direct lake location and all amenities. Secluded and private location with unobstructed views in the west (sun all afternoon and evening) but at the same time the cottage is also part of a small village where there is a soccer field, playground for the smaller children and a larger common swimming area with rocks (about 5 minutes' walk). Private jetty for meals directly by the water and swimming jetty directly adjacent to the plot (about 50 meters below the house). The rowing boat seats 4-6 people and fishing gear is available.

TV room with kitchenette hot plate microwave fridge and sink. view of the courtyard to the west. WC and shower view of the church. Close to the forest with berries, mushrooms and wild life, lovely walking paths in the local environment.

Guest house on a farm with lake property

Welcome to stay at our farmhouse! Take an evening dip in the lake, a SUP trip or enjoy a cup of coffee on your own balcony in the company of the sheep (seasonal). Stroll around the surrounding Sörmland forests or take a canoe trip on the lake. In the winter you can bring ice skating and take a trip out on the lake or swim in the ice wake and then warm up in the sauna. After that, you'll curl up on the couch with a pair of warm socks, lit candles, a hot cup of tea, and an exciting book. From autumn 2025, there will be a fireplace in the cottage.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, a perfect place to enjoy the beautiful nature, far away from hectic life. Here you live in a modern newly built guest house of about 30 sqm + loft - a paradise on earth. Located in a small village by Hjälmaren - about 5 minutes' walk to the beach. There is a smaller private deck overlooking the forest and a large common deck with access to a shared pool, wood-fired hot tub, gas grill and wood-fired fireplace. The large house can also be rented.

Perfekt för er som vill ha ett komplett boende utan att behöva tänka, i en rofylld miljö. Kanske komma iväg och koppla av och njuta i en mysig vedeldad bastu eller bada jacuzzi under stjärnorna på privat altan. Modern gäststuga på ca 70m² indelad i vardagsrum, kök, badrum, vedeldad bastu samt ett stort sovloft med två dubbelsängar och två enkelsängar. Open and spacious apartment, 37 m2 floor area. Bright and fresh area with kitchenette, toilet and shower. Wi-Fi and TV. Double bed for 2, sofa-bed for 2. Dining for 4pcs, kitchenette with hot plate induction,and fridge. About 7 min by car into the city center and central station, bus station 600 m away from the house. Located surrounded by nice nature and good walking paths. Please note that you bring your own sheets and towels. Pillows and duvets are of course provided.

A uniqe cottage at a small farm 200 m from Hjälmaren. We try to walk as light on earth as possible. The environment is perfect for relaxing nature experiences. On the farm we keep, cows, chickens, geese, ducks a dog and two cats and bees. Possibilty to rent an inflatable kajak with 1-3 seats and/or a SUP. " Et veldig koselig sted. The gem of Norra Vätättern

On a ridge overlooking the beautiful archipelago of northern Vättern lies our modern, newly built holiday home with large social areas and a fantastic ceiling height with nice light inclusions. Here, a slightly larger group/family can find recovery with proximity to nature, yet it is only 10 minutes by car to the beautiful small town of Askersund. Tiveden National Park is close to Harjebaden's long sandy beach. The house was ready in autumn 2018 and has all amenities.

Villa Lyckebo is a 100 year old, charming Swedish cottage, which we prepared for you with a lot of love in 2024. The 4,300 sqm property is located in the middle of Sweden's most beautiful nature, in an absolutely secluded location, with no neighbors or streets nearby. 3 km away you will find a lake with 2 swimming spots and gently sloping sandy beach. Med stora fönster som släpper in naturen, en bekväm säng uppe på loftet, fullutrustat kök och badrum, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och vedeldad kamin för extra mysfaktor. Njut av morgonkaffet på altanen med en bra bok eller ta en promenad i skogen. Perfekt för en avkopplande getaway.

Här kan du bo helt utan störande ljud av trafik osv. Njut istället av ljudet av naturen. Räkna med att det landar fåglar precis framför er i vattnet och naturen ger sitt otvetydliga avtryck. En plats att njuta och slappna av på. I omgivningen finns det stora ekar som ger en känsla av minnen från svunna tider. Under sommaren finns möjlighet till fiske och bad, samt brygga o båt. Här får du ett helt nybyggt hus med alla bekvämligheter.

Idyllic guesthouse on the country side!

A guesthouse, with one room and a bathroom, renovated 2017 located on our farm. There is 3 beds, but the bedsofa is made for 2, and then we have 2 single beds. The guesthouse has a little, nice outdoor deck were you can BBQ or just relax with privacy! You will have close access to nature and the lake Hjälmaren, 6 kilometers. Small supermarket is just 800 meter away. Bikes to borrow if you need. Free fishing in the lake Hjälmaren.
