It is equipped with a wood stove, gas burner, bio toilet and solar panel for light and charging. Please note that there is no bath and shower, but good bathing facilities nearby :-) Around the cabin there are several hiking opportunities and boat with fishing equipment. Short drive to several sights such as the Pulpit Rock, Kjerag, Jørpelandsholmen etc.

Walking distance to shop. Possibility of boat rental (does not apply between November and March). Short drive to Gullingen ski center (1 hour). Playground and outdoor strength training.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Fossane farm is secluded in quiet and scenic surroundings. We welcome guests all year round. The nostalgic character gives a cozy atmosphere indoors, especially when you fire the wood stove. The house is fully equipped and has what you need of facilities and equipment for short or longer stays. We have a canoe and rent out electric bicycles and in the winter we offer snowshoes and snow spikes so you can walk in the beautiful winter landscape.

The cabin is brand new - designed and built by myself, and of course with the help of friends and family. Bjørheimsheia offers amazing nature experiences. You just need to walk straight out the front door to start directly into marked hiking trails. The park chair is located about 15 minutes drive away. Jørpeland Sentrum is about 10 minutes drive away.

Feriehuset på Rycamp i Jøsenfjorden tilbyr en rolig og naturskjønn beliggenhet ved sjøen, omringet av fjell. Dette romslige fritidshuset gir muligheter for fiske og utendørsaktiviteter både om sommeren og vinteren. Mountain cabin in Trodla-Tysdal after 3 hours hike

Trodla-Tysdal has been a tourist destination for hikers since 1892. Tourists have to walk for appox. 3 hours (7 km) from Kleivaland parking place. There is no driving road to Trodla-Tysdal. Trodla-Tysdal means the valley of the Norwegian Trolls due the wilderness and dramatic nature. In 1996 Reidunn and Kjell built a tourist cabin for hikers. In 1998 in addition a small private cabin. In 2017 this small cabin was renewed and now it is possible to book this small cabin for you.
