This is a 300-pyeong private house located in a quiet rural village near Seoul. It faces south, so the morning sun shines very warmly. Spring cherry blossoms, summer valleys, autumn leaves, winter snow, and the best accommodation for all seasons To provide a clean and minimal accommodation, we would like to limit the maximum number of guests to 3 for the time being. The maximum number of guests is 4 when visiting with infants and toddlers under the age of 2. Guests can independently use the entire first floor and garden of the two-story house. The owner lives on the second floor, and the entrance is separated, so you can have a private time. It is a neighborhood where quiet houses are gathered, so it is a good accommodation for those who enjoy a peaceful rest. Goyang Forest is a lodging with 7 cats and 1 dog. ***In particular, you can stay with cats in the spring forest if you wish, and it is not suitable for those who do not like cats (you can give food or water depending on the situation ^ ^) They are gentle and follow people well. Enjoy a peaceful holiday on a bench under the zelkova tree in the garden It is a place with a beautiful garden. Forests, large nettle trees, and A tranquil nap in a hammock under a tree and a campfire in a large yard under the stars at night. There is a private deck with a barbecue grill and a fire pit that can be used even in winter or on rainy days. Since it is located under Jungmisan, you can do simple tracking for about an hour round trip. There is a family of cats living there, so there may be times when cats gather when barbecuing. If you don't like cats, please note. They're friendly cats who love people. Except for the barbecue in particular, it is not often bothersome.

Hwi Seonjae has an entire wall made of glass, so you can start your day by looking at the sky and the mountains. Why don't you take a break from the busy daily life by looking at a little farther and higher place? It would also be ideal to awaken new senses by listening to the sounds flowing from the garden and small swimming pool (5m*3m in size, not available from September to June). Most of the spaces are handmade by the father and son and are full of sincerity. There are three rooms in total, and there are two bathrooms. (Currently, pets are not allowed in our house)

We have spacious Garden with lovely pine trees and seasonal flowers. You can feel healing and relax with our lovely calm garden. We have also small farm growing ingredient fruits. you can pick & enjoy eating for breakfast in summer season. You can take a walk along the riverside path near our house and enjoy water skiing and paragliding. Public transportation is also available. It's a 10 - minute walk from Asin Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line. Pick-up from Asin Station is also available.

Nonna is Italian for grandmother, and nana Maria holds a very special place in my heart. Italy has always been my second home. Every time I visited I stayed at nana Maria's summer house near the sea. The rich nature and Maria's love have stayed as a gift in my heart for more than 13 years. Maria was also the Catholic name for both my grandmothers. Nonna Maria is a tribute to my three grandmothers, all of whom I still love and deeply miss. I invite you all to this house full of love.
