For those who want to stay completely unique in their own house in a cultural area, with horses, cats and access to our own jetty. You have your own outside space with barbecue and cozy playground for children. You love the proximity to adorable beautiful nature and trails. You appreciate having access to your own dock and being able to take a dip in the lake. You also want to see culture. We will be happy to show the farm that has been restored according to old methods. It is close to golf course and picturesque town of Arvika with art museum and cafes.

In scenic and cultured Östra Ämtervik, this unique and beautiful Värmlandsgård dating back to the 1800s. Here you get to experience a rural setting overlooking vast meadows and fields. Along the gravel road down to lake Fryken, there are swimming facilities. In the beautiful forest there are mushrooms and berries in autumn. The farm is an eight-minute drive to Sunne, where you will find a wide range of cafes, restaurants, shops and shopping. On the winter holidays, you can go in length. The nearest slalom slope is the hovfjället (55min)

Stay in a cozy tent tent surrounded by forest and Lake Fryken. Inside, there is a double bed, seating area and coffee for quiet mornings. Outside the tent, there is a wood-burning stove where you can cook under the open sky as well as a simple dining area. You also have your own access to a log cabin that is right next door with hotplates, refrigerator and dining area. An outdoor toilet is a short walk into the woods. Parking is about 150 m from the place with a hill down. Only 15 minutes from Sunne city center, this gem is located.

Welcome to insta @Frykstaladan. It is located 50 meters from the fairytale lake Fryken's southern end. This unique place has a style all its own that has emerged over the five years that we have been rebuilding the barn. High ceilings and plenty of space both inside and out. Everything is new and fresh. Perfect place for rest and recreation. It includes bicycles, kayaks and SUPs (2 of each) and the proximity to sports and outdoor life is good. Short detour from 45th and you are in a quiet residential area surrounded by wonderful nature. The house is a cozy and snug holiday house. A beautiful garden surrounds the house and there is also a barbecue area, greenhouse, dining area and an outdoor kitchen. A large glassed-in patio is at the back of the house. Lighthouse guests are also welcome and there is also a dog yard. In the basement of the house there is a sauna and shower/wc.
