Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. In rural surroundings but close to everything. The home is close to the university, OCC/Jyske Bank Arena and the new hospital. 7-minute walk to the light rail at Bilka and bus that takes you around the city. Also, a 7-15 minute walk to Ikea and Rosengårdscentret, where all shopping can be done. The home is on 3 floors, the basement is closed off. However, access to the washing machine can be arranged. Bedrooms are on the 1st floor as well as one bathroom.

It is only 100 meters to the water, a fantastic outdoor terrace, lovely garden, parking right by the house and a charger for electric car. The price includes sheets, sheets, towels, dish towels and cloths. - The house has a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, TV with chromecast, etc. The garden is fenced all the way around if you bring your four-legged friend.
