The house has all the necessities with its own bathroom, kitchen, bedroom in alcove and a great view. 5 minutes walk to Holmenkollen station and convenience store, 3 minutes to restaurant and ski jump. Wi-Fi and TV with cable and Chromecast. Unfortunately, there is no space for parking on the property, but there is free street parking right above the property, always available.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant place. When you enter the door, you are in the living room. With private balcony and fireplace. A sofa and a queen size bed. Take the stairs down to get to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen counter is quite small, but it has an induction top and oven. The apartment is suitable for one to two people who want to be close to hiking terrain and ski slopes. Nice starting point for trips in nature. At the same time only 30 minutes from Oslo city center with museums and restaurants.

Tram (11, 12, 18) and Bus (21, 30) is right outside that takes you to, Aker Brygge/Tjuvholmen, Frogner, Majorstuen, City Center. Airportbus is stopping 1.5min walk from the apartment.

Nice and new basement apartment in a quiet area

A nice and new basement apartment in a quiet area near Holmendammen/Slemdal. The apartment looks like new and has a new kitchen and living room in an open-plan design. The kitchen has a dishwasher. Large bathroom with washing machine and shower. Private bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space in a large chest of drawers. Private entrance from the courtyard and down to the apartment. Cleaning is done by the guest upon departure.

House built in 2016, total 150 square meters. All furnitures and beds are from 2017/2018. Modern, nice and cosy house with a lot of functional equipments as: code opening for outer door, ice cube machine integrated in the fridge, integrated coffee machine in the kitchen, two integrated Owens in the kitchen. Bedroom 4 is one big, open room that covers the entire 3rd floor (attic). This room is open and has no door.

Short distance to Oslo (40 min), Drammen, Asker and Drøbak (20 min). Located by the Coastal Trail. 15m to the lake, deep water jetty, private jetty for tenant and landlord. Rowboat available. Walking distance to the store. 5 min by car to Sætre with restaurants, local center and liquor store.
