There is a land plot and a child-friendly sandy beach. A few meters out there is a good depth ratio. A brand new floating jetty has been built. New Weber gas grill. Good fishing opportunities. Wi-Fi and TV with cable and Chromecast. Unfortunately, there is no space for parking on the property, but there is free street parking right above the property, always available.

The apartment is suitable for one to two people who want to be close to hiking terrain and ski slopes. Nice starting point for trips in nature. At the same time only 30 minutes from Oslo city center with museums and restaurants.
