The property is located in the Porth Y Felin area, near to harbour, promenade and marina. There is a local post office/corner shop a 5 minute walk from the property and many delicious restaurants/takeaways serving a variety of food. A local pub is a 5 minute walk and the local town centre is also only a few minutes walk. There is a cinema with children's play centre a few streets away. Please help yourselves to the postcards we have left out. Please can guests strip the beds on their last day.

It shares its home with the owners as it sits in a corner of their garden. With peacocks (very early hooting during Spring), owls, a woodpecker, cats and dogs, there is plenty of amusement. The stars shine brightly, the surroundings are wild and not manicured but it is a haven for wildlife and birds

The Farmhouse is a wonderful sanctuary to stay with family and friends. This 2 storey stone built former farmhouse stands in an elevated position in over 3/4 acres of land. Llanw is a newly built house right opposite the water's edge. Llanw is Welsh for "Tide" which you can watch slowly flowing in and ebbing out. The estuary is a haven for many species of birds. There are also views of the Snowdonia mountain range and of the Rivals. The World Heritage site of Caernarfon is only 4 miles away and the long sandy beach of Dinas Dinlle is 3 miles away.
