You will feel like a villa while using the entire building as a private house. No worries about floor noise. It's a quiet neighborhood, and the neighbors and soundproofing are good. The reason is that the building is a private house and it is not attached to the neighboring building. ^ ^ The structure of this house is small and fun. Our house is 10 minutes by taxi to Gimpo Airport It is located a 5-minute walk from Jeungmi Station on Line 9, so you can easily go anywhere in Seoul. My guest house is located 5 minutes from Subway Line No.9 Jeungmi station, it is very easy to trip every Seoul City. (It is convenient to live in Yeouido, Sinchon, Hapjeong-dong, E-Mart, Homeplus, and movie theaters..) The advantage of our house is that it is well lit. There is an independent kitchen, so you don't have to worry about the surroundings. You feel comfortable, because the house is lighted by windows and separated kitchen.
