Nice house and spacious enough for the number of people. Children are also thought of, there are plenty of toys. Quiet location and neighbourhood. In the immediate vicinity enough roads for a day trip. Communication with Klaas goes well and responds always and quickly. All in all, had an excellent stay and repeatable.

Stayed here with friends for a week. House was perfect, with plenty of space and a lovely garden with hot tub. Was a great location for exploring the Netherlands. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at Wenja's beautiful beach house. It was so lovingly and chicly furnished, the kitchen fully equipped. The description of the apartment is absolutely true. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool and the sauna afterwards was a treat. In a few minutes, you will be on the beautiful beach with nice beach bar. (It may be worth mentioning that one section is a dog beach. So many friendly dogs are a huge pleasure for our children. ) From the apartment it is only a few minutes by car to the shopping center in the village and many attractions (e.g. Keukenhof, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Zandvoort, etc.) can be reached in 20-40 minutes. The house is more beautiful than in the pictures and the beds are very nice. The jacuzzi is a great addition and the garden is wonderfully spacious with a view of the water. Guy responds very quickly and is extremely friendly every time. He made sure that our stay has been as good as possible. In terms of value for money, it can hardly be better!

We had a wonderful stay at the beach house. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. The outside area was a lovely place to sit in the evening sun and the Sauna was very relaxing. The facilities (pool, kids playground, the beach and the restaurant) were fantastic. The location is wonderful and feels close to nature with a beach very close by. It's very easy to drive to local attractions or you can take the number 24 bus into town from the main road (30 mins walk) and take the train or tram anywhere. This is a great location to relax in nature and to enjoy local bike trails and walks. Karin is a wonderful and attentive host. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Our family (3 kids 9-13) really enjoyed staying at Elisabeth’s home. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The location was beautiful and an easy walk to the village for shopping, dining and necessities.

We enjoyed staying with Jaqueline and Nico very much. An enchanting cottage with everything you need and beyond! Even boat and bikes were present. Jaqueline and Nico were very nice hosts who always responded quickly and constructively to questions and took care of them. We will be happy to come back.

We (two adults, two children) had five great days in Egmond and Jan's accommodation despite the moderate weather - and that was also and above all due to this cozy place to stay (including the garden) and its location. In the house and the cabin next to it we found everything that makes such a holiday a pleasant one. Particularly noteworthy are the bicycles (borrowed for small money), all kinds of toys for young and old and - our boys loved it - the large trampoline in the garden. The communication with the extremely nice Jan was exemplary from the beginning, he then welcomed us on arrival, explained everything and also gave tips for the area. Very quickly it was clear: this place is the perfect base to explore and enjoy the area (e.g. the beaches and small towns, but also Haarlem or Alkmaar). Thank you!

Lovely accommodation and great hosts. The apartment had everything we needed. A very large and comfortable bed gave us both a great nights sleep. Great access to a local bus that took us into Leiden from where we could access Amsterdam and Haarlem. Local shops within walking distance. A must for any visitors in the spring is Keukenhof botanical gardens. Tulips were just stunning. Gouda is also worth a visit. We will return at some point.

This was a perfect place to stay for our three weeks in Utrecht. Jochem’s place is bright and spacious, a lovely place to be and right in the heart of the city. We loved being able to walk the few minutes to the canal, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Jochem himself is a fabulous host - so welcoming and helpful. We really appreciated how he went out of his way to make our time there comfortable.

A very warm welcome, a quaint cottage with everything we needed on a generous plot that we had access to all of it. Bus stop close by making it easy to visit Gouda and beautiful location. Conchita the host was very friendly but kept away but was easily found with information when we needed it. Carina’s beach home was lovely. It was right next to the grocery store and less than 5 minutes to the beach and many restaurants. It is also right at the start of the tulip parade which we came for (super convenient with our small children!). It is near several tulip farms as well. It was super convenient. The outdoor space was private, the apartment was clean, and it had plenty of room. The beds were soft and the location was surprisingly quiet. We all were able to sleep in! Carina was super kind and allowed us to check in a little early. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend

We had a great holiday in this house. The house is great in terms of amenities,look and garden and suitable for two families. The surroundings are beautiful and for active people who also want to walk or cycle. Clear recommendation 🙌🏻

It was a fantastic and peaceful place for 2 nights. Location was great and interior design was excellent. Everything is available in the accommodation. It is highly recommended.

My boyfriend, our four-legged friend and I stayed at Berrie's house for less than 5 days. It is a very nice little cottage with a mostly paved garden. The sun shines really nicely on the sitting area in the garden and invites you to linger. The living room is brighter and friendlier than it looks in the photos:) The beach can be reached in about an hour on foot.. by car it only takes less than 20 minutes. The public connection to Amsterdam includes a 15-minute walk to the train station and about 40 minutes by train, which takes you directly to the main train station. So if you are looking for a quiet beautiful area between Amsterdam and the beach, this is the place to be:) We highly recommend Berrie's house!
