Welcome to our cozy tiny house in the polder of Poortugaal and close to Rotterdam! Our tiny house is 18m2 and equipped with every comfort. There is a seating area and a fold-out dining table. There is a kitchenette with faucet, combination microwave, a separate two-burner electric stove, tea and coffee making facilities and complete tableware. In the same room, there is also the double bed (140 by 200 cm). Through a sliding door, you enter the bathroom, which has a shower cabin, sink and toilet.

Always wanted to sleep during class? The Old School is there for you. We offer a Bed & Breakfast apartment in a former school building (build in 1900) in Schiedam. The apartment (67 m2/720 ft2) is located on the first floor. There is bed accommodation for two people with a seperate kitchen and bathroom. Situated in a quiet residential area with free parking and only a 5-minute walk to the centre of Schiedam. Rotterdam is 20 min. by public transportation. Breakfast on request, 15 euro p.p.

This centrally located accommodation (renovated Sept. 24) is luxuriously furnished. It is a well-insulated apartment, living area on the ground floor (kitchen/seating area) is 50 m2. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, both 12.5 m2. The apartment is independently accessible (own front door) and is located in the backyard of a house. It is an ideal location for people visiting Ahoy (10 min) or Erasmus MC (15 min) for work, study or event.

Cottage on the Binnenmaas

This stylish accommodation is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. In the middle of nature, on the water. Hiking, biking, working, relaxing. You can do it all in our cottage in the middle of the island of Hoeksche Waard. But Rotterdam, Dordrecht and Breda are also 30 minutes' drive away and can easily be visited from the location. The cottage is accessible by car via a private unpaved road and is surrounded by meadows.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Close to the Ahoy, the Kuip, the city center and P+R Slinge (metro, bus) but at the same time rural on a quiet road. Please note: our cottage has a convenient kitchenette, perfect for preparing simple meals. It is equipped with a combination microwave, kettle and egg cooker. For the safety of our guests in our cabin there is no hob for use with pots and pans.

Het Terphuis - Bird Room

The guest house is part of Het Terphuis and is located in a monumental farmhouse in a rural area in Poortugaal. The farm has been restored by maintaining the historical elements. The Bird Room has a double bed, private bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. The living and dining room has a double sofa bed, fridge, kettle and coffee maker. Please note: The toilet can only be reached via the bedroom.

!!! Not convenient for people with mobility problems - lots of stairs! ✔ There is a shared antrance with the hosts.✔ Charming place in the south of Rotterdam. The apartament - second floor- consist the bathroom, a livingroom with work space, a fully equipped kitchen and separate shower. The apartment has a washing machine and a clothes dryer in the bathroom. The space is perfect for 2-4 people.
