Bewl Water, Bedgebury and Scotney Castle are within easy driving distance and an evening can be finished at one of the excellent nearby village pubs.

Self contained double room in our detached garden annex with private off road parking and EV charging nearby. Equipped with a king bed, TV, waterfall shower and separate WC, hair dryer, kettle and mini fridge. Outside space with table and chairs for al fresco dining! Located close to the Ashdown Forest with plenty of country walks. We are a 15 minute drive from Royal Tunbridge Wells and an hour from London and the East Sussex coast. We are on hand in the main house for your convenience.

The one bedroom property has a sofa bed in the lounge, suitable for children. Property not suitable for 4 adults. Weald Lodge is a separate annexe in the gardens of Wealdview Farmhouse (TN12 6SP) PLEASE NOTE, despite being in the category of farm, we are not a farm and do not have far machinery. The fields around us have grazing sheep Due to the open beams on the mezzanine level, we don't encourage infants or children

Time to Unwind with amazing walks from your doorstep across the Sussex countryside, Bewl water, or nearby National Trust sites; followed by great meal at one of the excellent village pubs (only 10mins walk); finishing off with a glass of wine curled up in front of the Log Fire. Only 1mile to train station.

This listing is categorically not suitable for groups of singles. Sadly no dogs. Our cottage has stunning views across Kent, situated down a quiet farm lane with no other houses in sight. We are 10 mins from the centre of Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Paddock Wood. It is incredibly cosy with underfloor heating throughout, it is also totally eco friendly.
