It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. The property has been ready for rental since January 2022. This attractive home is equipped with every comfort. It is a 70 m² cottage suitable for up to 4 people. The house is on its own plot and adjoins the other holiday home with a shared garden. Comfortable beds, a rain shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal location for visiting the beach, which is 4 km away. Centrally located of cities such as Rotterdam, The Hague or Delft. (House is not suitable for groups of friends)

It is located in the south of the city, and the street has access to the bus, tram and bike rental, making mobility easily available anywhere in the city and the surrounding area. In 15 minutes you can reach the beach or city center by public transport, and you can also walk to parks in 20 minutes where you can enjoy nature.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

This stylish accommodation is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. In the middle of nature, on the water. Hiking, biking, working, relaxing. You can do it all in our cottage in the middle of the island of Hoeksche Waard. But Rotterdam, Dordrecht and Breda are also 30 minutes' drive away and can easily be visited from the location. The cottage is accessible by car via a private unpaved road and is surrounded by meadows.
