There is a nice sitting area with a comfortable sofa and a dining table. Large windows offer a magnificent view of the surrounding greenery, our own meadow and a large pond. With a bit of luck, you'll see deer and squirrels passing by. There is a terrace with seating in front of the studio, where you also have complete privacy.

Our guests find our house spacious, pleasant and equipped with every comfort. With 2 terraces and an outdoor fireplace, it is a nice place to stay. The area is quiet, beautiful for hiking and biking and not yet discovered by the general public. (so don't tell anyone...). The cozy Hanseatic cities of Zwolle, Deventer and Kampen are just around the corner. Heino is a village surrounded by estates, of which the Nijenhuis with museum is the best known. In short, peace, nature and culture.

The boat has a wonderful location, in a very quite neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk from downtown Zwolle. The place combines the peacefulness of the countryside being in the city. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).

Welcome to 't Sinkhofje, where everything is available for a few wonderful days. Through a private entrance, you can reach the kitchen and the small but comfortable living room. On the first floor, you will find the bathroom and the bedroom with two single box springs. Outside on your own terrace, you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun.
Our cottage is within walking distance of the beautiful IJssel. The old town of Zwolle can be reached in fifteen minutes by bike.

Eek: apartment in the old town

This historic, small townhouse is located in the city centre of Hanzestad Zwolle, where you have a completely private space with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The building dates from 1906 and still contains authentic elements such as old panel doors and stained glass windows. The apartment is accessible via a (steep) staircase and covers 2 floors. It is therefore not suitable for people who are not able to walk well. Suitable for 2 people, no pets allowed.
