We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. Cozy 'Dutch Style' Loft in Hilversum

A very cozy self-contained studio, right in the center of Hilversum. We are 5 min walk from the shopping area and station and 20 min from Amsterdam by train. We offer a quiet private loft bedroom (Dutch style) with double bed. On the lower floor is a private bathroom with toilet, a living room and an area for tea/coffee/ microwave. Television and WIFI are available. Our neighbourhood hosts many excellent bars/restaurants and just around the corner there's a great forest for nice walks.

Unique wooden house, near forest and lakes

We built the wooden house ourselves in 2019 with used materials. The house can accommodate 4 people, the kitchen diner has a cozy dining table and comfortable seating area. The living room has a beautiful glass roof that provides a beautiful light exposure. - Kitchen equipped with combi oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob and oven. The 1st bedroom is located on the first floor, next to the bathroom. The 2nd bedroom can be reached with a short staircase on the 1st floor

Semi-detached apartment for two plus child and pet for a fee of 30Euros short stay and 20 per month long stay. Private entrance, bedroom with double bed max 180kg; TV, shower room with washer, dryer, separate toilet and kitchen/dining room with work space. Child's camping cot available. Small garden with table and chairs. Combi Oven, Induction hot plate, fridge, cutlery, plates, pots, towels, linen, etc, provided + welcoming package. Ideal for 2-3months stay.

Welcome to The Heidaway, our charming guesthouse (10m²) in Bussum! Within walking distance, you'll find the beautiful Bussum heath, perfect for walks and fresh air. A supermarket is just 20 meters away for any necessities. Bussum Zuid train station is also (5 minute walk) nearby, making Amsterdam and Utrecht only 30 minutes away from our guesthouse. Discover the local gems as well, such as Naardenvesting, a historic town with unique monuments and cozy cafés.

Our newly renovated studio (45m2) is located between Amsterdam, Utrecht and Amersfoort. Hilversum, in the top 10 of best inner cities, offers plenty to do. A perfect place to visit the surrounding cities. Combined with the ambiance, tranquility and beautiful nature that the Gooi has to offer. The studio is located in the historic "Old Harbour" surrounded by nature and beautiful buildings by the famous architect Dudok.

The barn

Feel welcome! Behind our house is De Schuur, a romantic, cozy and unique guest house, equipped with every comfort so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Enjoy the Jacuzzi and sauna on the veranda. There is a gas BBQ and a lovely outdoor fireplace. (BBQ and outdoor fireplace for a fee) The bakery with fresh rolls is within walking distance. Sypesteyn Castle is across the road. Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.

In the meadow

This small cottage is for people who love nature and the countryside. Nice for couples and for families with children 6-12 years old. Ideal starting point for swimming, hiking, biking and a wonderful place to relax with a book, at Thermen Maarssen or to enjoy beautiful skies. Visit a museum, go out for dinner or cook yourself. Located on the border between Loosdrecht and Hilversum you get to enjoy a lovely cabin in the green foresty area. the place is perfect for a family holiday, a couple's romantic getaway or a friends weekend in nature. The house is designed perfectly with big windows that brings all the green feeling inside and allow you to enjoy and relax in nature.
