Kangaroo Cottage - Hills Retreat BnB

Kangaroo Cottage is an adults only retreat, surrounded by majestic Jarrah trees and wildlife. Guests have a wonderful opportunity to escape the city & immerse themselves in the serenity of the hills. Please be aware that the cottage is located on our family hobby farm & the sounds of our animals are a part of the Kangaroo Cottage experience. Our property is not suitable for pets or children. A light breakfast of croissants & condiments will be provided for the first morning of your stay.

Golfers Retreat or Beach Getaway - you can enjoy both! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeps 6 and is just perfect for your Mandurah holiday. Reverse cycle aircon in family/dining area & bedrooms.Two bedrooms have queen beds both with built in robes and ceiling fans while third bedroom has trundle bed in single size, plus desk. There is a Porta cot with linen that can be set up, plus a high chair and stroller if needed. Quality bed linen, pillows, doonas, bath & beach towels are provided.

Beachside Cottage

Small studio beach-side cottage with everything you need. Has a queen bed and a folding single bed, A/C, TV, fully equipped kitchenette with fridge/freezer. Includes your own laundry with small washing machine, toilet and shower; and your own little patio with wind-out awning. It's only a 2 minutes walk to the beach and a 12 minutes walk along the beach to the Cafe and Restaurant strip. There is a nice 5 km walking path along the beach with lots of playgrounds, BBQ's and picnic pavilions.

Fully self-contained guesthouse is yours to enjoy for a peaceful getaway. Located only 1 km from Warnbro Sound beach and opposite a park with large gum trees and birdlife. Guesthouse has its own private secure driveway access. Comfortable furniture and fittings, lovely garden with herb and veggie raised garden beds, hammock plus a firepit for roasting marshmallows, all for your enjoyment.

Palm Retreat

A renovated self-contained guest suite for singles, couples or small families. Only 900 metres walk or 2 min drive to the beautiful, peaceful Warnbro beach. Guests can share use of our 60,000-litre palm-fringed pool and outside dining area.
