Duffus House Lodge - rural retreat

The Lodge is a traditional gate lodge located at the entrance to Duffus Estate, on the edge of the small village of Duffus. Set in from the Elgin/Duffus B road, it is surrounded by Estate woodland and open fields which are home a host of wildlife, such as our cheeky red squirrels or shy roe deer. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

Staves Cottage : Bespoke holiday cottage

Staves Cottage - A newly renovated bespoke space for guests to enjoy all that Moray and the highlands have to offer. Set just minutes away from the beach you can enjoy peaceful walks or venture further afield to explore various attractions. Activities such as Distillery tours, fishing or clay pigeon shooting can be arranged (at additional costs). Self check in is available but hosts are on hand should you require assistance. It's close to scenic coastal Villages and walks, where the views are stunning over the Moray Firth and Dolphins and other wildlife/birds can be seen. Near by there are paths which are ideal for cycling and many Golf Courses to enjoy and if Whisky is your tipple, then there are some world famous distilleries close by. But if peace and quiet is what you want, then there is a mezzanine snug area or the large private garden to enjoy.

You'll find The Corner House, nestled in the heart of Hopeman, a coastal village situated on the picturesque shores of the Moray Firth; an outdoor lover's paradise. A short walk from the house, past the well-equipped play park, takes you to a choice of two gently shelving, sandy beaches, perfect for children (and grown-ups) to explore. Hours can be enjoyed pottering in the craggy rock pools or building sand castles on the soft sands.

Flat by the Sea

Cosy self contained flat in quiet village on the beautiful moray coast surrounded by beautiful beaches and woodland. Ten minutes away from Elgin by car and on a hourly bus route to surrounding villages. Village has post office and well stocked Scot mid for groceries. Two pubs that offer good grub. Fully functional kitchen in flat with oven and microwave no hob slow cooker available. Good sized fridge and also washing machine.

Anchor Cottage

Charming coastal cottage, situated very close to stunning beaches and local amenities in a very peaceful location. Recently refurbished, relax with the whole family at Anchor Cottage. Fully fitted kitchen with great outdoor space to relax after a day dolphin spotting, long coastal dog walks or visiting one of the many historic visitor attractions. Local shops nearby and great transport links.

The Beach Flat

Beautiful flat, in grade B listed mill, with gorgeous sea views, situated in the quaint fishing village of Burghead. The flat overlooks the Moray firth where dolphins, seals and orcas are spotted. The flat is a 5 minute walk from miles of beaches and the forest of Roseaisle and a wonderful local cycle path and coastal walk. Please note this flat is on the second floor with no lift.
