Älv-Hyddan

Welcome to this cozy cottage at the edge of Dalälven, 5 km outside Hedemora. Grill on the patio, sauna and take a swim from your own jetty. Indoors, there is a modern kitchen, toilet with shower, fireplace, TV and WiFi. The sauna is wood-fired and the plot basks in the sun in the mornings, sun all the way into the afternoon down on the dock. Firewood and canoe are available for a fee. One bedroom with double bed, and a 140 cm sofa bed upstairs. P.S. Keep an eye out for the beaver on the water in the evening

The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. The concept was created from our passion for horses, the great outdoors, local organic food, beautiful old houses and the planning of tailored get togethers and celebrations. Only two hours north of Stockholm you find Smens Hästgård, a boutique Bed & Box offering set in the beautiful village of Fornby, in Southern Dalarna. The large house from 1889 comfortably hosts your private party of up to 12 guests.

Home closer to the water is hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunset is an extra plus. 2 supboard available for rent, as well as electric motor to the boat. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away.

There is also a toilet with a combined washer and dryer. Bedroom in the basement, one flight down, with shower and sauna and with exit to large balcony with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.

In the small village of Delbo, 10 km north of Sala in Västmanland, lies this little gem. Lea's basement is a small house of about 25 m2 with year-round standard. Works as a self-catering for a long time, but also if you just want to stay overnight. Lea's basement is tastefully decorated with high ceilings, fireplace, kitchenette, toilet and shower. There is a double bed (160 cm and a day bed for two. There is also WiFi and a screen with Chromecast.
