Newly converted double garage conversion into a lovely bright and airy self contained flat. Their is a large bedroom with adjoining toilet, shower and hand basin. Their is a roomy kitchen sitting area equipped with small tv with loads of freeview channels. electric oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge with small freezer compartment. Plates cups, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans etc. An iron and ironing board is also provided. The kitchen has a breakfast/laptop bar and stools and a Settee. We’re very happy with this lovely conversion and hope you will be too. There’s off street parking provided for one car and own private secure access to the flat. We’re situated in a nice quiet residential area, yet close enough to plenty of shops restaurants and pubs etc. With quick and easy access to A13 and M25

Visit the famous antiques centre, walk or paddle along the river or enjoy some food and drink in one of the many country pubs. Jump on the train and travel along the Crouch Valley line to vineyards, more river walks or the quiet, unspoiled, riverside town of Burnham on Crouch. Alternatively, travel in the opposite direction and London awaits within 40mins.

Including Puttshack, Boom Battle Bar, Axe Throwing, Darts, Beer Pong, Shuffleboard and more.

Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. There is a small kitchen area and dining table. It is very likely that we can arrange check in and check out times to suit us both, and we are happy to advise on the local area. Please ask!

The Hutch is in Leigh-on-Sea, close to parks, Southend Airport (3.9miles), shops (0.5miles for Leigh-on-Sea & 3.9miles for Southend High Street), the Estuary (1.5miles), Cliffs Pavilion (2.3miles) and the hospital (1.5miles). You’ll love my place because of the location, it's privacy as it's a self-contained lodge with its own access, and courtyard as well as off street parking My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Farmers cottage
Our eco friendly cottage sits at the front of our family run farm. We have adopted a green approach to living with photovoltaic electric and ground source heat pump underfloor heating. This self contained one bedroom bungalow has its own front door entrance and is a huge comfortable space to relax, rest and recuperate for a short break away or after work. It is available to book for one day or more and we offer a discount for monthly bookings.
