This beautiful and private garden flat is situated in a quite close in the Withdean area of Brighton, it is a private and self contained apartment. It has parking and an EV charge point. It’s a short walk to Preston park and Preston Park station and is on a main bus route into Brighton with buses 5 and 5a running every 10 minutes. Please be aware, we are not central Brighton. It has its own entrance through to the garden, down 2 sets of steps with handrails and lights to the secluded apartment.

A short drive will take you to Arundel, Worthing, Goodwood and Brighton. *sofa bed is within the bedroom

Lovely studio flat with driveway parking, close to Guildford town centre. King size bed, fitted kitchen with oven/microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, smart tv and bathroom with power shower. We are located about in a very quiet area, yet just a few minutes drive away from Guildford town centre. Our garden borders the North Downs way so great for walkers. Private entrance (up a flight of stairs), and free parking behind electric gates. Milk, tea coffee etc, and anything else you require.

Nestled walking distance from Esher High Street the apartment is situated across the courtyard of Clive House, a Georgian dwelling built in the middle of the eighteenth century by Clive of India. A stunning apartment (that's what I'm told) in a lovely tree lined street, which considering how close it is to shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, the beach and mainline railway station it is amazingly quiet. Although you can drive here and use the paybyphone app for parking it is so easy to get a train as you really don't need a car to get around the area. Buses are on the doorstep, 2 taxi ranks and virtually everything is in walking distance!!
