It features traditional architecture, dating back to the beginning of the last century. At the mill, a philosophy based on the traditional and sustainable is practiced. It consists of: apartment, garden, handicraft workshop, farm with animals, vegetables, fruits and seeds of traditional varieties.

Grandfather Francisco's House

Once a traditional wine cellar, built by Francisco Paulo in 1980, this villa served for many years as a production site and warehouse for the Paulo family's wine. The wine cellar has been remodeled and expanded, but it maintains the traditional elevations and the decoration and details of the times when it was used as a wine cellar. Next to the bathing area, it has a view that invites long nights of conversation.

House Seven was created with the purpose of providing an unforgettable stay at Fayal Island, with 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, an inside and outside dining area, a full equiped kitchen (electric stove, oven, eletric ketle, microwave, coffee machine and fridge, and also a washing machine).
