Just a 5-minute walk you can enjoy a road map on the same routes as our ancestors, with a length of about 15 kilometers, knowing the built-up ancestral traces, imagining the way of life of these times. The example of this are the citanias, balneário castrejo, community eiras, sources of pure water, lodging of shepherds formed by time-broken boulders, chapels and churches, etc. In addition to the pleasure of walking, practitioners can choose other sports such as the Trail, BTT, Downhill . On the top of the mountain you can enjoy a landscape, losing sight of the mountains of Sameiro and Bom Jesus (Braga), the valley of the river Cávado and the famous city of Barcelos.
