The space
Our lovingly run riad is an oasis of calm in the middle of the lively old town of Marrakech. Although some of the city's most important sights are just a few minutes' walk away, you will find the peace and strength you need to start a new day full of discoveries every morning.

You start with a generous breakfast on our sun-drenched roof terrace, where you can enjoy the view over the roofs of the medina to the peaks of the High Atlas.

Our breakfast lasts until lunchtime! This is especially good news for the late risers among our guests!

Our house has 6 beautiful, bright and lovingly orientally furnished double rooms, as well as two brand new spacious suites with sleeping space for four people on two levels.

Each room has its own, sparkling clean bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. It is equipped with local care products, high-quality towels and a hairdryer.

Cleanliness at the highest level is our top priority throughout the house!

All double rooms face the patio and offer a clear view of the two shady bitter orange trees.

Our absolute highlight is the spacious roof terrace!

There you can relax on sun loungers, chill in various lounge areas or enjoy your dinner.

Enjoying a cool drink in the heated pool under the open sky is also a very special holiday experience that you will certainly remember!

If you want, you can also work on your laptop, because we have super-fast WiFi throughout the house.

From our riad you can reach many famous sights in just a few minutes on foot.

The large Jemaa-el-Fna square, the spice market, the fruit and vegetable market, the Medersa Ben Youssef and the Jardin Secret are just a short distance away.
Just a few minutes and you will find yourself in the middle of the souks (markets), the second largest in the world!

Depending on when you arrive in Marrakech, you can check in with us at any time of the day or night.

You will then receive a key to the riad. This means you are completely independent and can come and go as you please.

If you arrive early in the morning and your room is not ready, you can leave your luggage with us and start your first tour of the medina.

If your return flight leaves in the afternoon or evening, you do not have to leave our riad in the morning. If you want, you can spend the time relaxing on the roof terrace with a tea.

If you want, we can pick you up from the airport with one of our drivers (fees apply).

Our attentive team will welcome you with tea and pastries and you can immediately enjoy the peace and quiet in the riad.

During your stay, our team will also support you with excursions, tours, a visit to the hammam or similar. We have great partners who will make your stay with us something very special.

The riad is in a very quiet location in a residential area. The area (Azbezt) is considered very safe, even in the evenings. We maintain a friendly relationship with our neighbors and are considerate of one another. Just a few steps from the riad there is a small vegetable market and various local suppliers for everyday products. In three minutes you can reach the famous spice market and are already in the middle of the souks.
