The location is perfect for exploring Bristol as we are in easy walking/bus distance from the Harbour, Ashton Court Estate, Clifton Suspension Bridge, Ashton Gate Stadium as well as many attractions. The Studio is a new conversion offering parking and a very light and airy space with a king size bed, full kitchen and stunning shower room. We can take an extra guest/child on a guest bed if required.

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

A modern kitchen features a central island with three bar stools. A floral mural adorns the wall behind, adding a touch of color. Pendant lights hang above the island, and a flat-screen TV is mounted on the adjacent wall, enhancing the stylish ambiance.

Close to all the attractions of Clifton Village, Harbourside and University. - The Downs, Ashton Court, Suspension Bridge, Leigh Woods Unfortunately due to the secondary fire exit being via steps it is not suitable for those with limited mobility. Parking space will fit a large car but is not suitable for a van. One well behaved dog welcome for an additional charge of £20. Lovely walks and dog friendly pubs close by.
