Brand new detached house in an elevated position above a quiet rural lane. Great night skies and horses in the field next door. Outside sitting area and private parking. Lovely king sized double bed with views and high quality bedding. Local eggs provided for breakfast. The Acorn is in the heart of the village so it’s very easy to walk anywhere and find 2 great pubs. Well connected with London Luton Airport and train station 5 miles-London 25 mins. M1 J9 2 miles. Central London just 30 miles. Semi rural. Easy walk into Markyate village with eateries, shop, PO and pub. Short drive to St Albans, Harpenden, Ashridge, Whipsnade and Dunstable Downs. EV charger (extra). Parking 2 cars. Sadly no pets.
