På gångavstånd kan man hyra kajaker, padelbanor och ett spa. Stugan har ett öppet vardagsrum och kök med fantastisk utsikt ut mot havet. Toalett med dusch och tvättmaskin. På övervåningen finns 3 sovrum. Ett med dubbelsäng och egen balkong, ett med 2 enkelsängar som går att ställa ihop och ett med en 120 säng.

Comfortable holiday house for 6 pers, just outside Uddevalla, in the heart of the Swedish west coast. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Separate guesthouse available. Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

En sommarstuga i Hovenäset med en fantastisk utsikt över havet. Ca 200 meter till Hovenäset badplats och 10 minuters biltur till de populära områdena Kungshamn och Smögen. Huset ligger högst upp i Hovenäset med en fantastisk utsikt utöver havet, stor altan med sol från tidig morgon till sen eftermiddag och ett inglasat uterum för kvällen eller skydd för solen. Många härliga vandringsleder i området. Fantastiskt fin omgivning och natur. Sotenäs Golfbana och flera restauranger i närområdet.

Nyrenoverat hus (54 m2) med idylliskt lantligt läge, nära till samhälle och fina badplatser. Huset ligger avskilt på värdens tomt och har egen parkering och uteplats. Grill finns att låna och det är kvällssol på husets framsida. Endast 2 km till Kungshamn och 4 km till Smögen. Till busshållplatsen är det 200 m och det är gång- och cykelavstånd till badplatser. Here you can enjoy the peace and nature while it only takes about 10 minutes by bike to Hunnebostrand. Salty baths, long forest walks or excursions to the many coastal gems around - there is something for everyone here. The house has a wonderful outdoor room and well-sized seating areas in several places around the house.

Guests enjoy complimentary access to the beach, jetty, kayaks and floating sauna in a secluded natural setting. The Black House features two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The house is priced for two guests. When booking for 5–6 guests, a separate guest house is also included, providing extra comfort and privacy.

Can you translate this into Swedish? Modern appartment located on Smögen with all necessary amenities as well as a fantastic view and close access to bathing areas. 2 People will live here comfortably but up to 4 people can stay here using my sofa bed.
