Situated on our family farm next to a nostalgic old red barn within driving distance to an outdoor lover delights. Go hunting, fishing, hiking or kayaking/canoeing or just enjoy peace and quiet to unwind. Ozark Trail and Ridge runner trails are close by. The historic Noblett Lake built in the 1930’s by the CCC & Nearby Hodson’s & Zanoni Mill is a short drive away. So much history & open spaces to explore.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The home is in a quiet subdivision on a large double lot facing a dead end street. The home is a 1/2 mile from Ozark Medical Center while City water park, shopping, dining, Country Club, MSU and historic downtown West Plains are all within a short distance. There is easy access to and from the main highway without the noise. The house is spacious with lots of room to stretch out, both inside and outside.

Welcome to our Oasis in the Ozarks! We invite you to come and stay at our 2 story, 2 bedroom duplex in West Plains. Just a few blocks from downtown, near schools, shopping, hospital, and the beautiful Ozarks. Upstairs features 1 King bedroom, 1 Full bedroom, 1 Full bathroom. In the downstairs area is a beautiful living room with smart TV and comfy couch, kitchen, dining area, laundry room, and 1/2 bath. New furniture! 2 parking spaces. Quiet neighbors. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING!
